At the heart of our team is our CEO – Eid Nawafleh, a Bedouin from Petra, who grew up amidst the ancient, awe-inspiring rock formations of this historic city. Originally from Belarus and with over 20 years in the tourism industry, Yana excels in strategic planning, market research, and developing new sales strategies. She negotiates key contracts, builds strong partnerships, and ensures compliance with company policies. Driving our business growth and success with her exceptional leadership and analytical skills.
Ilaria Dei
With extensive experience in the travel industry since joining Jordan Tours in 2007, coupled with language qualifications, she is a valuable asset committed to delivering exceptional customer service. In addition to managing Petra's Office, she also serves as the Production Manager for Jordan Production.
