Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Terms

• Independent Travelers

Your scheduled tours are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, causing schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your tour, we respectfully request a 3-week notice.

• • Any cancellation or reschedule made 2 weeks prior your travel dates will result in a cancellation fee that is equal to 50% of the total cost.
  • Any cancellation or reschedule made 1 week prior your travel dates will result in a cancellation fee that is equal to 100% of the total cost.
    
    

• GROUPS on JAN FEB JUN JUL AUG

Your scheduled tours are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, causing schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your tour, we respectfully request a 45 Days’ notice.

• • Any cancellation or reschedule made 40 days prior to group’s travel dates will result in a cancellation fee that is equal to 50% of the total cost.
  • Any cancellation or reschedule made 30 days prior to group’s travel dates will result in a cancellation fee that is equal to 100% of the total cost.
    
    

• GROUPS on MAR APR MAY SEP OCT NOV

Your scheduled tours are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, causing schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your tour, we respectfully request a 60 Days’ notice.

• • Any cancellation or reschedule made 55 days prior to group’s travel dates will result in a cancellation fee that is equal to 50% of the total cost.
  • Any cancellation or reschedule made 30 days prior to group’s travel dates will result in a cancellation fee that is equal to 100% of the total cost.

2. Force Majeure

Jordan Tours will not be responsible for delays or non-performance if caused by activities or factors beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters or governmental restrictions.
